Former Ostashkov Tannery SEO Leonid Parfyonov in Russian Prision 

 Spain has extradited to Russia the ex-head of the Ostashkov leather factory, Leonid Parfyonov, who is accused of fraud. This is reported by TASS with reference to the executive secretary of the Public Observation Commission of Moscow, Ivan Melnikov.

 According to him, the businessman was previously put on the international wanted list and later detained in Spain. Recently he was issued to Russian Federation . Mr parfyonov became a cellmate of the football player Pavel Mamaev.  Mr. Melnikov noted that Mr. Parfyonov played football when he was kept in Spanish prison.  Ostashkov tannery is considered one of the largestin Russia. Several years ago the plant used to have some financial problems, after which a criminal case was initiated under the Art. 159 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Fraud").
