We take this opportunity to introduce our Firm M/s. ORISSA INDUSTRIAL MINERALS ,which was founded in the year 2004 .

The Company holds interest in Refractories and Chemicals and has a manufacturing unit at IDC, Kalunga (near Rourkela), District: Sundargarh , Odisha , India which. Is solely dedicated to manufacturing of Quality Monolithic Refractory Products and Basic Chromium Sulphate .

In THE YEAR 2004 , the company had a proprietorship status and subsequently in 2007 it was converted to a partnership company .

Plot No: 233/3 , NEAR KALUNGA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE , KALUNGA ,DIST-SUNDARGARH ,ODISHA -770031.

The partners of the company also promote a Chemical unit located at Bhandara (Near Nagpur) , Maharastra which manufacturers Sodium Dichromate Liquor and Crystals which is the basic raw material for products like Basic Chromium Sulphate , Pigments ,Chromic Acid and Saccharine .

Since Sodium Dichromate is manufactured in house , hence the Company has diversified it’s activities to manufacturing of Basic Chromium Sulphate by setting up a 500 Mt/Month Capacity manufacturing facility within the premises of the existing plant at Kalunga ,District –Sundargarh ,Odisha for catering to customers in Industries such as

TANNING AND PROCESSING OF LEATHERS AND FURS .
MANUFACTURING OF CHROME BASED RE –TANNING AGENTS
MANUFACTURING OF CHROMIC COMPOUNDS
MANUFACTURING OF CHROME BASED DYE STUFFS & DYEING OF KHAKIS
CHROME PLATING
Our Product “PIELCROM” which is dried in a sophisticated steam drum , is a Fine free flowing salt , available in Dark green color powder with high tanning properties . It provides uniform chromium oxide distribution on the cross section and the grain of the leather.

The product has a good penetration capacity with a stable Ph and Basicity that easily dissolves in water, has a High Chromium Content with low amount of insoluble materials available with Zero Content of Chromium (VI) .

In chrome plating “PIELCROM” is very cost effective .

The product is available in 25/50 Kgs HDPE Bags and also in 1 Mt Jumbo Bag packing .
