All information communicated by Members for posting on The LeatherNet Portal in the mode of open access is considered to be public information, accessible to any Internet user. At any time at his discretion through his Personal account, a Member may edit, deactivate, activate any Ad or his entire Account, delete his Account entirely. In the latter case, all information will be removed from public access forever after 3 months period. The pages with inactive information contain the corresponding writing and do not participate in The LeatherNet search results.
Personal data contained in the information transmitted by Users and Members to make payments, enter into contracts with The LeatherNet Administration, for The LeatherNet authorization, as well as personal data contained in the messages and requests of The LeatherNet Members and Users is referred to as the information closed to public access.
The LeatherNet Administration uses the personal information received from Users and Members only as and to the extent that this is necessary for the functioning of The LeatherNet portal and the provision of quality services to Users. The LeatherNet Members and Users understand the need and agree to commit the following actions (operations) or set of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, update, amendment, extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction.
The LeatherNet Administration shall take all necessary measures to protect User and Member personal data from unlawful, unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, changing, blocking, copying, granting, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions in respect of personal data. Contractor shall take all necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing. The LeatherNet Administration has the right to involve off-site persons or organizations (Contractors) to process personal data while ensuring the security of the data.
