On Priority of Russian goods, works, services

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On priority of Russian origin goods, works and services performed or rendered by Russian persons over the goods originating from a foreign state and works and services performed or rendered by foreign persons"

The decision made is intended to stimulate the development of all the Russian economy.

The signed Decree establishes the priority of Russian origin goods, works and services performed or rendered by Russian persons, at procurement of goods, works and services by competition, auction and other procurement ways over the goods originating from a foreign state and works and services performed or rendered by foreign persons.

The decree comes into force on 1 January 2017.
